Pre-orders are orders that are made for sold out items that are no longer available online. When a pre-order is placed, the order for the product selected is actually first sent to production. The product selected will be made specifically for the pre-order. 

Most of our items are handmade by our artisans in Morocco. For this reason we estimate that pre-orders will be managed within 2-3 weeks from the pre-order date, or earlier when possible. At this time, our production team is notified and the item you order is produced and then ready to be shipped to you. 

Please note that delays to production might occur in case of national holidays or other events. 

Once the item ordered is received in our shop, it is packaged and ready to be shipped to you. Once you receive your shipping confirmation email, your pre-order will be delivered to you in 2-3 working days generally. Please refer to our shipping policy for specific shipping times based on your location.

The payment for pre-orders is processed when you place the pre-order and the payment method is charged.
